Svo4 had to clear out a clog in the extruder. Took it appart put it back together correctly. Checked for any visible signs of damage. Couldn’t see any other than a potentially pinched CR touch 5 pin cord. Replaced it but the printer does not go down during print leveling mode, only up. CR touch does everything in the air. The probe extends and retracts as if if just touched the bed but it’s in the air.
it sounds like the extruder thinks it is at the home point, switch off the power and manual move the extruder down to the bed, this should hopefully reset it to recognise when it is in the correct place. This worked for me so I hope it will work for you too.
I’ll give it a try. If it doesn’t work what could the issue be, with the sensor itself?
Thank you, that worked for a couple of minutes. Now the heater block is having trouble heating.
