I am having problems with holes in the Z axis. They are oblong. I wanted to adjust the Z belts to make sure they are all the same tension to see if this is the problem. It’s both the top and bottom, so not an overhang issue.
I got three of the 4 to be equal at 150hz no problem. But the 4th is about 220hz and I can’t adjust it lower. I have it all the way out and it’s still too tight. Is there another adjustment somewhere? I’m adjusting the top of the belt. Do I have to disassemble and adjust something at the bottom?
well same problem and i found the issue. the belt tensioner for the z axis snapped on one side so only one side gets pulled down the other remains at the same spot result: tension to strong cant regualte tension. and the sovol support ignored my email attempt for support
Well I got a reply but somehow it landed in spam but now I must disassemble the printer again I send later a picture of the broken part and to Sovol as well.
