Greetings,
Here is the current situation…
I stopped using the filament_change due to getting too many clogs when using it. I switched to increasing the amount of filament fed when loading filament (to purge out the previous color better) and changing the G-Code in Orca to Pause instead of the M600. When I need a change I still use a filament change on that layer(which is a pause) , cutting the filament right at the entry into the head and then doing a manual change by using the load filament menu and just feeding the new filament right behind the previous filament until it grabs and starts feeding on it’s own. Boy I hope that makes sense to you guys.
The issue is, when the sensor detects no filament after I cut it and back it out, it does a filament change macro and still backs it out. It didn’t seem to do this before, but it does now with the latest firmware.
Does anyone know where I would need to go to remove the unload_filament macro when it detects no filament in the sensor?
Thank you.
