Rattling noise of nozzle fan on low speeds

My nozzle fan does make “rattling” noises when running on low speeds (e.g. 10%). Can someone confirm this?

Most likely your fan is slightly out of balance. When the rpm matches the resonance frequency of the cover it causes it to rattle.

Clean the fan blades. If the problem doesn’t go away ask Sovol for a new fan.

A rubber band (or 2) around the toolhead will probably solve the noise short term.

I already received a replacement fan (thanks to the support again!) but it behaves the same. Even when not built-in you clearly hear the noise at low speeds. That’s why I am asking if anyone else has/hears the same behaviour.

The Tool Head fan should not be running at slower speeds..you will end up with a clog or Heat Creep.
Why are you running it at 10%..??

10% was only because it ist most hearable at this low speeds.
I thought when the fan is noisy at low speeds something might be wrong.
That’s why I want to know if the fans on other Zeros behave the same.
