Just bought it. The X axis is not working. Y and Z axis are fine. Perhaps the problem is in the software. I want to write with pen on paper via UGS. It seems to confuse the X-axis and the Z-axis.

please check whether the x-axis wiring on the main board and the interface of the x-axis motor are off, and check whether the x-axis motor cable is damaged.
