Printer head keeps lowering during printing

I tried to send this but it rejected it as I had more than one image showing some of the posts regarding the T500 head lowering and hitting the print. I removed one image and left a URL with the first image and a URL for another post about it. Maybe this will get to you. Thanks.

Here’s a few. We have a smaller Flashforge printer at my office. Its simply load and go. I haven’t been able to get much satisfaction out of the T500. I’ve tried probably a dozen prints with it and have had success with 2. I can’t get the items to stick to the plate. The printer head jams into the print after 30 minutes or so as I mentioned. The last time was really a pain (as you could gather from my frustration in my last email). The printer head pushed the print to the side, then the extrusion began piling up in the printer head. I had to be away from it for about an hour or so and when I went to check on it the head was completely impacted with PLA filament. I had to turn the printer head on to 250 and gradually cut it out a piece at a time. Being very careful I got it all out after about 30 to 40 minutes. I wished I could get this to do as the one at the office, hit the print button and forget it until its done. I’m sorry to sound so ill in the prior email. It gets very frustrating……
