Print issue or Filament issue? Not sure

Welcome to the club, I’ve never been able to solve this problem.
I will say that some filaments hide it better.
You can see the banding in the slicer if you look at Speed>

ACE Klipper Question

I’ve been printing these on my A1 Mini without any issues. I need about 20 more, so I printed 2 of them on the ACE. Two different filaments (PETG) with 2 different profiles & they both came out the same. They will still work for my project, but I would still like to remove the banding. Also, you can feel the banding with your fingers. Both are PETG.
