Your Y axis results are significantly better? The Y axis uses the same belts and motors but moves MORE mass. What Z height are you testing at? If it gets significantly worse when elevated then check the frame structure. If it is about the same check for side to side (X axis) movement of the gantry…

Yes Y is better.i am not sure the z height. When I run shaper_calibrate it moves to a specific position somewhat in the middle of the print volume it seems. Y motion is very smooth. X motion isn’t bad but seems like there is more resistance. Maybe I should put some lube on it?

Both look tilted to me. Upper one is worse. The upper one defiantly should be replaced. I doubt it is the cause of your shaper readings though. Is your printer under warranty? I don’t see any idlers at Sovol’s store. Might be worth researching where the Voron folks get theirs.

Yes it’s still under warranty but I have to go through Amazon email address. Maybe I should buy replacement ones for all of them so I can have them ready. I hope it isn’t hard to replace them.i don’t know why they would be tilted.

Not a great experience so far. Their response was to tell me to reinstall the firmware to set the input shaper values to the factory originals…..

Someone else responded and told me to perform the belt tightening with links to the videos that I told them I already viewed and followed and that my belts are adjusted in the original email. This is also a day between these responses. So effectively no meaningful support yet…
