The 85W Zero/Max hotend likely outflows the microswiss given a decent nozzle.
Maybe something in SiC or tungsten carbide.(OK, Diamond is OK)
To use a non-pt1000 sensor a bias resistor needs changed on the board as well or the accuracy will be horrible.
