I’ve bought two from ali in that style, both were too short (as in, leakage), so am on the hunt!

Very strange. My ACE was working fine, but I had to reset it to factory settings. After resetting the settings, the camera started working again. It may be your wiring that is causing the problem. Try talking to Sovol to implement your corrections.

I’m pretty sure it’s either the wiring or a dry joint somewhere, I’ll get to the bottom of it at some point, after 40 years in IT, I fully appreciate I’ve probably got the single unit 0.01% that has issues!

It seems like this topic is moving on a bit, but I wanted to add that I recently tested these knockoff CHT nozzles and they work great! I like Bondtech’s as well but they are $$. I’m using the 0.6mm size https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256808562170156.html
