GCode files list empty in the device tab of orcaslicer?

It surprised me that after several prints the gcode file listing in the device tab in Orcaslicer was empty. The printer does list the files within the display menu, so they are there.

Is this a glitch in my setup or does anyone else see this same issue ?

I see them fine.
Some are listed on the Dashboard in the Standby Window, all of them can be found on the left in G-Code Files.

can you specify what path is used on the zero? maybe that is faulty in my installation

Hello,

If you wish, you can reset factory or reflash your Zero to get a clean configuration.

I think it’s not checked in Klipper.
Click on Devices, then the Settings Icon, go to Navigation.

Read this:

virtual sd card errors

it is checked, I can see the tab.

I also checked it from a different computer, and it seems to work on that one so I think my installation is borked somehow

Thanks for the reply though :+1:

I have the same problem on my Linux computer. Some parts of the Mainsail-UI just don’t render. They do fine in a Browser, but not in the OrcaSlicer tab.

You got further than me, I only see a black screen…no text at all in Linux Mint.

I have the same issues on Linux Mint, although most of the interface works fine. I think mine got borked while trying to import the sovol files into the orcaslicer profile.

Are you using the orcaslicer from the sovol usb stick or the orcaslicer which you can download from https://orca-slicer.com ?

(2.3.1 download also has sovol zero profiles)

I downloaded a Linux version, I think it was Newer-Distros…
was that the right one, should I try it again..??

I tried to merge the windows profiles from usb into /home/wrusman/.config/OrcaSlicer and that probably didn’t work as I intended. So I think I will have to clean those out first before re-trying the downloaded version again

On another laptop that where I didn’t do that it seems to work fine

I’ve seen this too. Sometimes Orcaslicer just doesn’t update the file list properly. Those files are on the printer, but the program won’t display them until you reboot it or reconnect.
