Is this normal?
I changed out the bed fan to a noct and board fan to s 8015 delta. temps are in the high 50’s with 80c bed heated.
So i tried so many things to quiet the x and y. Is this normal, because its sooooo loud…
If i turn off stealthchop, on idle, it emits a high pitch screeching like nails on a chalkboard. i’m exaggerating on idle loudness but its irritating enough that i’d be concerned its not normal. Ive had plenty of printers before this one and this is the first I can’t stay in the room with it running.
Any speed above 30mm/sec you can hear the stepper working with stealth chop set to 80.
The only time i cannot hear the idle buzz is with the amp set to 1 when stealth chop is disabled. Definitely not quiet by any means.
If this all seems normal, ill post a video next
Also part cooler is quite loud too….
I really hope i can resolve this fairly easily
