PLA Feeds fine when not printing, refuses to feed when printing

I’ve had my Sovol SV06+ for over a year and I’ve been relatively happy with it, but this new error I’m running into is stumping me.

If I load PLA it will feed through properly during the load procedure. When I start up a print it will dribble down some PLA and even make half of the “cleaning strip” on the left edge.

But when it starts to actually print the model the PLA stops feeding. The wheel turns and the head moves, but the filament does not feed into it (I’ve even marked the filament with a sharpie to see if it moves).

It does this with any filament, even reliable ones I’ve used before.

When the printer isn’t printing I can turn the wheel and feed the PLA through (I see the mark move) so I doubt it’s a hidden jam.

I also doubt its the model as I’ve tried quite a few different models trying to get something to work, and if I push down on the filament to “force” it to feed it does start making my model (though it’s very globby due to the pressure I’m putting on it).

I’ve levelled my bed, tried printing to different locations on the bed, and tried several different filaments and models.

What could be making my PLA not feed when printing while it feeds everywhere else?

Try turning the tension screw…
lightly turn all the was in, not tight. Then back it out 1/2 a turn & try to print.

Is your nozzle actually touching the bed? Back in the olden days I had a CR10 with no kind of probe at all. I learned (that on that printer) getting too close to the bed would stop the filament hard enough to cause the extruder motor to loose counts with an audible clicking.

Also Remove the tension screw @Lion Points out and lay the lever down so you can check for shredded filament stuck to the feed gears.
