@MikeHides that’s the worse thing about chatgpt (or github copilot) sometimes it is really helpful and does the right thing or even more … but just enough times so you don’t completly quit
and i’m CONVINCED all LLMs are written to troll you. First prompt you get a python program with gui, debugged and already started for you just to fuck every single thing that works up if you just ask it to change something compleltly unrelated, tells you it’s not capable, allowed or willing to compile it, tells you how to run it and read the compiler errors back to it and of course claims it never did something like this before

Ah, it’s insulated … i already noticed that the underside stays quite a bit cooler. (only ~65° with 120° bed temperature the one time i checked).
While i don’t intend to ever sell the printer i still like to keep my modifications reversible and my bed is nearly perfect atm (range of only 0.035mm) … but let’s see which solutions arise
