[image] Sqdengr: At startup fans are making noise. Usually when this happens it means the fans are dirty. You can clean them by using canned air. Do this with the printer off or you will damage the fans.

Yeah, did use canned air several time and it does help, wasn’t aware fans could be damaged so easily. The noise only last for 30 to 40 seconds then goes to normal. Any reason not to take the fans off and clean with a soft toothbrush? Also, what’s the life expectancy of a Hotend nozzles? Thanks, …

Yes, you can take them off to clean, sometimes there is filament string in the blades & it’s the only way. Nozzle life depend on how much you print & if you use abrasive filaments or not.
