# SV04 CR Touch Fails Check at Startup

Hey everyone SV04 1.1.0 CR touch started to get finicky and not always pass what i’m guessing is a self check at the start of prints…when fails, it clicks up and down 3 times, twice, then turns off heaters and stops print…doesn’t always do it, so was thinking the sensor was failing…$40 later, new sensor, same issue… HELP! Can’t figure out how to reload the firmware to see if it fixes or even revert back to a earlier version.

Hello In2Go,  
maybe adjusting your Z-offset in the Leveling mode screen could help to solve that.  
[This document](https://locxess.de/3d/BLTouch_Anleitung_englisch.pdf) contains test & calibration procedures for BL-Touch sensors which should work for CR-Touch, too.
