I have a SV02 and when I try to level the bed I get the corners to a proper height and the center remains too high. I’d suspect a warped bed but it’s a glass plate. This suggests to me that the rail that the hot end rides on is warped. Any other ideas?

Hi @pkesel Sorry to read the trouble. In this case, the following tests might help you find the root and give you some clues on how to address it.

- Manually adjusting the hotbed with the guidance: [Sovol SV02: How to level your bed manually， simple guide! - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vid5nZqR3U&t=51s)]([Sovol SV02: How to level your bed manually， simple guide! - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vid5nZqR3U&t=51s))

- If you’ve installed a bl touch on the machine, trying it’s auto leveling function based on the guidance here: [How to install bl touch and auto-leveling on Sovol SV02 - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T761hMFypa0&t=48s), and if you haven’t yet, you could also trying to install one based on the guidance.

- Mearsuring the plate and sliding rails to check if they are misaligned. If you notice the unevenness, pls contact [info@sovol3d.com](mailto:info@sovol3d.com) for assistance.

Yep, your bed is warped. A common problem with cheap heated beds. You can try putting some tape on the outer portion of the underside of your glass, so the clips don’t pull the glass down to conform to the warp, or get a bl touch that will auto-correct for any warpage that your bed may have.
