# Start a print, after calibration, error, cannot save

Hello,

Sovol sv08 , Start printing, after calibration, I get a error, cannot save error, and 3d printer displays a error(firmware shutdown), 3d printer does not work anymore.(extruder is position left front).

Reset firmware, and printer works again.

After trying:

New file to print does not work(this is the file that failed). Newly send from orca slicer, but does not work.

Old to print file on 3d printer, does work.

Solution that worked:

New print in orca slicer, choose printer(use pulldown), choose filament, choose process(0.2mm), I also imported the failing objects from failing 3d print, and suddenly it worked.

Possible file not 100%, damaged.

After this I printed 3 new objects and printer works.

I search for this problem and could not find the same problem.

I made this post so if someone is searching for this info, this problem, it could be found.

For clarity you could make a new post and “quote” the solution. Then mark the new post as the solution.
