From the very beginning, printing quality/speed was good but I got very inconsistent Z Offset values, and had to tune it for almost every print.
I did all the calibration process and checked (corrected) the x/y belt tension but not Z yet.
I got a clogged nozzle that eventually got broken, ordered the 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 serie in order to use the 0.6 mainly. I consistently got Z issues with the head bumping on the prints (especially with infills) failling miserably. I checked the printer.cfg for something wrong but didn’t find anything. Went back to a brand new 0.4 complete hotend (after breaking the ceramic thermistor) ordered on Amazon.
And then I got klippy issues : error 08, log saying mcu connection pb, and today Z1 stepper reset…
I’m gonna check the connections and the Z belt tension but I’m quite upset now because I lost such a lot of prints (30+%), sometimes after hours (I use this printer for big functional parts)
I really don’t know where to start without voidind the warranty…
