# Problem of flashing on brand new Sovol SV06

I encounter some issues when trying to update the firmware of my brand new sv06 with the new realease on your website (24th february marlin firmware). I tried to flash this firmware and had a blue screen. I tried all the methods and techniques on the support website or reddit but nothing works. I used multiple sd cards, with FAT32 format and 4096 bytes allocation, with different firmware names (firmware.bin, FIRMWARE.bin,klipper.bin,192a.bin,etc…) but still have a bluescreen. I think It is a bootloader problem.  
As i said It is brand new, I received it on last friday.  
What can I do ?
