Today I changed the nozzle from my SOVOL 01 pro.
Everything worked fine, but all of a sudden I can’t
level the extruder: the nozzle crashes into the hotbed and
makes a terrible noise. When I try to regulate the hight of
the z-axis there is the same effect.
How can I reset the z-axis?

I replaced my nozzle on my SV01 pro and didn’t have any issues. Did you go into leveling and return the z offset to 0 hit save, and tighten the bed down and do a full level again? I’d start there.

Hello Jim,

thanks for your response.

The fact is that I made a mistake by reassemling the hotend.
