# No connection to Cura!

Hi everybody!  
My new SV04 is not recognised in Cura! (“Sovol3D-Cura” and other versions). I have Win10 and in the device manager it is shown as “USB-Serial CH340”. I can also fully control it with the “Repetier-Host” software, but not with Cura! I have updated the CH340 drivers and the printer firmware is up to date. Tried different USB cables, computers and COM ports.

Any suggestions? I am very grateful for your help!!
