Need help i cant figure out the calibration for my esun pla + on orca slicer i have done other filaments with success but for some reason my sv08 does not like pla+ any body willing yo share presets

I can tell you that I am having a devil of a time with PLA on the SV04. It does not seem to want to stick on the Sovol normal textured plate.
I did a short test with my SV02 smooth plate on the SV04 and it seems to adhere better.
I find that the 60 degrees bed temperature foir PLA does not work at all on the Sovol bed. I use 75 to 85 depending on what the piece does. You can try doing the first layer at 80 or 85 and the rest 5 degrees lower than the first.
PETG seems to do much better.

Did you try using glue on your plate before you started printing?

clean the bed with alcohol and apply hair spray. This works for me to get to stick and bed level.

I managed to damage the original sovol plate on my SV04, but replaced it with a slight smaller plate (310x310) i bought on ali express
Clean with isopropyl alcohol, and correct z-offset. Works perfect with PLA and PETG

I found the black print sheet which came with the SV08 less sticky than the yellow-golden PEI sheets which are commonly seen and used. When printing small objects with small footprints did I notice that I needed rafts where I wouldn’t otherwise.
My solution has been to purchase a PEI sheet, dual sided, so I can flip it and use the alternative coating on the other side too. Much better now.
SV08 size (355x355mm) is currently available for about 20€ (“Black Friday sales”) at your more or less most favoured China mail order distributor,

Ive got a 06 plus. Had a bad time the other week where prints weren’t sticking on a certain part of the bed. Ended up using dish soap, hot water and a Scrub Daddy scourer, left it to dry, then using a lint free cloth, wiping the PEI sheet down with IPA (rubbing alcohol), then warming it up on the bed. Reset the Z offset, did an auto level, and printed no problem. Might be worth a try.

I do more or less the same. Dish soap and a Scrub Daddy, air dry and touch up with a soft cloth. I too have an sv06 Plus and initially had adhesion problems but mine came from taking the instructions to the max. When putting a piece of paper between the nozzle and bed, I was under the impression that it was correctly set when I could just barely detect the resistance to pulling the paper. Going just a bit further with the resistance made all of the difference. I rarely have adhesion problems now.
