My sv08 appears to have just randomly developed cracks in its body. How much does this matter? Should I do anything or is it ok to ignore? I’m not sure what to think.
And the other side looks like it is developing a crack.

This is the first I have seen this issue, they kinda look like stress cracks to me…JMO

I haven’t attempted to swap it yet. Given the amount of work it is likely going to involve I am waiting for a good time to dedicate to it.

If you contact support they will likely send you a replacement body. However, it is a daunting task to replace the body. You essentially have to dismantle the entire printer including the electronics underneath and reassembe on the new body.
Yes, I’ve contacted them, first the official support email, but since I bought it from the ebay official store, they made me contact them…
But their answer was unbelievable: they basically said that this had not happened before, that it was very strange, but since it would not compromise the printing, they were willing to send me a hotend as a compensation!! 
I replied to that, they already know! and I don’t want a spare hotend, I want the replacement body!
Haven’t heard from them since!
