# Is the rubber part arround the nozel important?

I got a really bad death blob mid print and messed up the rubber tip. I cant find replacements for it on the store page and customer support is no help cause i baught it on amazon

Do you mean the rubber part on the purge buckets? It’s for cleaning the nozzle when changing filament. You could email [info@sovol3d.com](mailto:info@sovol3d.com) to order the buckets separately. or join the sovol user group on facebook, it seems some SV04 owners make the part by themselves

No, it’s rubber around the nozzle. It’s a thin rubber square with a hole in the center.

Dears, is someone using socks on the right nozzle ? in my case, the creality sock cannot be positionned properly around the extruder due the lack of the space along the extruder.
Do I have an assembly problem for this extruder ? Do you have tricks to solve the problem ?

I can confirm that there are several assembly problems:
- the black structure right from the heat-block is not supposed to be a that place.
- the screw protruding from the heat block should not be present - it could bridge the heat.
- The SV04 stock heat-block is rotated 90° clockwise - the heating wires usually point in the direction of the steppermotor

I do not see any link to a video : can you resend it ?
Also do you know if the heat block of the sv04 is the same as the one on sv05 ? as we will re-assemble the extruder, I want to get a fresh heat block and the sv04 one is not listed anymore in the sovol shops.
