# First layer error

I have continuously the same error with the first layer. Even a new printing head does not help. Levelling does not help either. I use the cura software to slice. Any tips?

From the lines in your print, your Z-Offset is too high.  
Look through your booklet and follow the leveling instructions & Z-Offset…remember to click on Save afterwards.

This looks like under-extrusion  
is the correct nozzle diameter selected in the slicer ?
