You may want to try reformatting that card as described [here](https://forum.sovol3d.com/t/screen-firmware-update/4931) or try an other card [2 - 8 GB]. SV04 firmware & touchscreen software need to match. These are working combinations of my recent versions. I run the newest one on my SV04.
