# Brand new out of the box

I assembled the sv06 last night and attempted first start up. The screen turns on but is blank. Cannot get to the calibration screen or any of the start up screens.

First email [info@sovol3d.com](mailto:info@sovol3d.com). Include your order number.

I’d expect they are going to want you to take the cover off the mainboard and check for connectors that came loose during shipping.

You can do the same with the screen.

Remove its cover and check the connectors and wiring.

If that doesn’t work and everything is in order, reinstall the firmware for the motherboard and screen.

That’s your opinion.

Mine is that this printer is one of the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t own any Sovol stock.

Hi,

I had this with mine, there is a file on the USB that is provided or it can be downloaded. It is to move the ribbon away from the frame.
